Botawan helps sellers manage per-post comment automation and optional Meta (Facebook/Instagram) connections.
Data we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, password hash).
- Post automation settings you configure.
- If you connect Meta: Page/Instagram identifiers and access tokens needed to run permitted automations.
- Activity logs related to connections and webhook events.
How we use data
We use this data to operate your seller account, store your post setups, and (when enabled) process Meta webhook events for comment automation.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Meta receives data only as required by their APIs when you authorize a connection.
